Everyone working in or around the area of biomathematics, and everyone interested in learning more about the area, is invited to attend the new Biomathematics Afternoons, a new series of meetings which will be held once every 1-2 months at Instituto Superior de Agronomia in Ajuda, Lisbon, and which are co-organised by two members of GFM. The first meeting will be in the afternoon of Friday, 14 November, and will feature a plenary seminar, an afternoon tea, and parallel discussions about topics in the area.
